Risk Management Consultancy
We have extensive experience developing and implementing procedures for assessing and mitigating risk on land, sea and air. We stringently follow the guidelines and process of the BS ISO (31000:2009) relating to risk management, this service provides the necessary support to any organisation no matter whether they are newly formed, seasoned or moving into a new environment.

Wayne is a highly experienced international security specialist with a vast network throughout the EMEA regions. Over 30 years in the security industry has enabled him to hone his commercial experience and acumen both internationally and at home in UK. Wayne has a real passion for the industry and is well versed in managing multicultural and complex teams often in challenging environments. His subject area matters of expertise include; planning and running large event security operations, compliance and training, devising and implementing risk assessments, security risk management, physical and property security, executive protection, Hostile environment security awareness and life coaching.
He has spent many years working in Africa & The Middle East in varying capacities ranging from private security details through to establishing adult education training centres, working alongside multinational non-government organisations (Safer / Mag International / US Aid / Oxfam) as well as holding numerous key positions within large security/consultancy organisations, prior to this Wayne served 8 years within the British Armed Forces, whereupon he specialised within security and risk management, physical training, expedition leadership and mechanical engineering within frontline and supervisory roles.
Over the past few years Wayne has been co – owner /MD for a large training company and previously a hugely successful security company providing consultancy, executive protection and training and been fortunate to co lecture on several University courses, whilst growing and developing his own vast array of qualifications and skills.
Whilst serving in the British Army Wayne completed several overseas operations, many within hostile and highly challenging environments.

David is a passionate security risk management practitioner who has delivered public, private and commercial security programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He believes in delivering accurate and client focused risk solutions which has seen him involved at National and International government agency level whilst providing security risk management advice. He takes an intelligent approach toward the management of risk and has developed sound frameworks for assessing, analysing, evaluating and mitigating potential threats that pose risk to client objectives.
He is an experienced businessman who has held key directorships for several UK security companies over the last 5 years. It is this experience he considers invaluable when planning risk management strategies and how they could impact the commercial drive of customer organisations that enable business not discourage it.
He served 9 years in the British Royal Marines.

Jason is a seasoned international security specialist with extensive commercial and governmental experience, from managing multicultural and complex teams often in challenging environments. His areas of expertise include devising and implementing risk assessments, multiple project management, physical and property security, executive protection, challenging environment security awareness and delivering training.
He has spent several years enhancing his career as an International Civilian Consultant for NATO, as well as holding numerous key positions within large security/consultancy organisations. Additionally Jason served 16 years within the British Armed Forces, whereupon he specialised within security and risk management, law enforcement, intelligence gathering and other specialist counter-terrorism roles both within frontline and supervisory roles.
Whilst serving in the British Army Jason completed multiple overseas operations, many within hostile and highly challenging environments.
